#3: Side arm/neck choke -

-All free grab self defense techniques are based on a front grab, rear grab and side or angle grab (for each rank). One primary defense for each grab will be at the discretion of the instructor. Subsequent defense techniques will be shown as training progresses.

Step Sparring

 

2 Step Sparring – Attack with Turning kick (high) then Turning kick (high) alternating legs.

 

1 Step Sparring - Knee strike -

 

1 Step Sparring - Elbow strike -

 

1 Step Sparring - High punch -

-Defend with L-stance knife hand guarding block stepping back L-stance knife hand guarding block. Counter jumping 180 reverse.

-Defend with downward X-pressing block.

-Defend with X-checking block.

-Inward defensive kick. Counter 360 Turning kick.

Combination Techniques

 

 

 

 

 

Fundamental -

 

 

Practical -

 

-Turning kick followed by any and all 360 kicks.

 

-Fast kick Turning kicks (middle then high) alternating legs into jab – cross then 360 turning then 180 reverse alternating legs.
