-All free grab self defense techniques are based on a front grab, rear grab and side or angle grab (for each rank). One primary defense for each grab will be at the discretion of the instructor. Subsequent defense techniques will be shown as training progresses.

Step Sparring

 

2 Step Sparring - Attack with low twisting kick then step into L-stance knife hand outward (side) strike.

 

1 Step - Jumping kicks -

 

1 Step - Jumping Strikes -

 

1 Step – Review all -

-Defend with low inward reverse knife hand block then step back into L-stance performing inward forearm block. Counter with jumping Side kick.

-Defend mid air and counter with jumping attack.

-Defend mid air and counter with jumping attack.

-Review all 1 step and alternates.
