The Philadelphia Youth Project & YouthBuild Philly presents: Can't Blame the Youth March 21, 2015 (10am - 3pm). “Can't Blame the Youth” is designed to motivate, inspire, and empower the youth in Philadelphia. The purpose of “Can't Blame the Youth” is to present dynamic, interactive educational workshops and a panel geared towards leadership, raising community consciousness, financial literacy, and a sense a self determination. This conference is designed to educate the youth to be determined, responsible, respectful, and self-reliant, while planning short and long-term goals for their future. Furthermore, the youth will be encouraged to get involved in community service, in-school/out of school activities, and academic development organizations. Along with a panel and interactive educational workshops, there will be talent showcase as well with poets, dancers, and singers.'
